lovely hosts and great location
warm greetings clean sheets great quality food
The hosts provided warm greetings. the bed was comfy, and the sheets were clean. the location was excellent. It was close to the spa. breakfast was on time. food was of great quality and cooked perfectly. I could request refills.
upon arrival, i learned of trouble with the shower. it never worked ! i had to wash in a limited way which impacted the experience.

the room included standard amenities. a comfortable double bed ensures a restful sleep. the en-suite bathroom was very clean, and toiletries were provided. crisp, fresh towels added to the convenience.

a warm welcome and a comfy bed
warm greeting comfy bed ideal location great quality food
The hosts greeted me with genuine warmth and friendliness. I wish i had more time to chat. the bed was comfortable with clean sheets. the location proved ideal for attending a concert at the spa and accessing the south bay seafront. i found the breakfast punctual, the food of great quality, and cooked perfectly.
I noticed a slight need for some tlc in certain areas. It seemed like a very old building.

Access to the sea front and shopping areas was easy! the hotel is an uncomplicated 10-minute walk from the train station. It made getting around very convenient. the hotel owners were also happy to store my bag before check-in.

the room had both wardrobe and shelving space for clothes. i appreciated the bedside tables and the coffee and tea making facilities. a mirror was available with a nearby socket, which i found convenient for getting ready. the room was spacious.

wonderful stay!
great location direct access really good hosts big room
The location is very close to the front, less than a minute! the beach is also one minute away. it is direct to the shops. kevin and carys are really good hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. i stayed in a big room.
the breakfast room had a distinct smell, a mix of stale food and strong cleaning products. because of this smell, i chose not to have breakfast there.

kevin and cerys are cute! the location is perfect for accessing bars and restaurants. it is a short walk to the beachfront... the bed was super comfy. breakfast was good, with delicious cooked food and readily available refills... we will definitely return!

helpful hosts parking permits coffee facilities
Kevin and Carys were GREAT!!! Parking permits came with useful advice. Kevin even checked that my car was correctly parked. The room included tea and coffee facilities replenished daily.

i received a warm welcome upon arrival the room was clean and spacious. breakfast had a large choice available. i found the owners lovely and helpful. the location provides ease of access to the sea front and shopping areas.
the cold tap in the bathroom leaked a little.

the room was spacious and very clean. breakfast was perfect with items made to my individual preferences. i did appreciate the sea views from the window, so calming, so lovely.
the hotel needs a little refurbishment, it feels a bit dated.
